1.Night shield mode
Well, in every phone you have this mode that blocks blue light and don’t couse harm to your eyes , if you have to use phone at night just turn on this mode and you may see 👀 the difference in the habit of your sleeping.
2.Eating Late At Night
Most of us prefer eating late at night but this thing can be the big reason for your sleep. Even you should not do Overeating at night. It’s better to eat early your dinner in less quantity & avoid heavy meals.
You should not consume alcohol at night and it’s better to take it in evening.🍺🍻🥂🥂
4. Taking liquids
All of us loves ❤️ coffee or any type of other fluids but taking these types of fluids at night can couse you trouble so…….. don’t take it at night before sleeping ☕☕🍵🍵🍵🥃
